As startups scale, it’s inevitable that founders and early employees are promoted into leadership and other roles for which they’re unprepared. New managers can significantly accelerate a business, or unfortunately stall one if they’re underprepared to support their teams, which is why leadership training is so important. This month’s session will focus on how team leaders should think about management training, how to identify and train great managers, and what strategies have worked best when approaching difficult managerial situations.
